Chelsi Walsh

Chelsi Walsh is a classically trained musician with a decade of experience teaching voice and beginner piano. Born and raised in St. John’s, NL, she holds an M.Mus. in opera performance from the University of British Columbia and a B.Mus. from Memorial University in vocal performance. She’s performed in operas across Canada, the Czech Republic and Italy and now happily calls Dartmouth, NS home.

Chelsi’s teaching style is filled with positivity and encouragement while building a foundation of technique and theory. Whether your interest is in musical theatre, folk, classical or pop, she will guide you through your favourite genres, helping you grow knowledge and confidence.

During the day, Chelsi works as a digital marketing professional and content creator, previously on MUCH Music’s talent roster as a YouTuber. At home, she loves hanging out with her big lively family, going to the beach and curling in winter.
