Responsibilities

Greet families and answer questions at the front desk

Support scheduling, registrations, and payments

Answer emails and phone calls with professionalism

Organize files and assist with general studio administration

Help staff prepare for lessons, classes, and events
Skills & Qualities

Warm, welcoming, and enjoys working with people

Organized and reliable

Comfortable with basic email, scheduling, and office tools

Strong communication skills

Able to work in-person at the studio
