About Taylor

Taylor Wallace brings a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a love of people (and dogs) to the Ekko board. After leaving government in 2021, Taylor founded Gemstone Dogs, a local dog walking and boarding business that now happily fills most of her days with wagging tails and muddy paws.

A lifelong musician, Taylor grew up immersed in band and musical theatre but stepped away after high school to focus on academics. In adulthood, the pull toward singing—especially singing in community—led Taylor to Out Loud Choir, and ultimately to Ekko. Instantly drawn to Ekko’s mission, team, and values, Taylor joined the Board of Directors in June 2025.
