About Kevin

Kevin is a pianist, composer, and music teacher who loves helping students discover their own voice through music. Earning a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Acadia University and completing RCM Level 10 Piano Certification, he has taught piano and theory since high school, working with students of all ages and experience levels.

Drawing from both classical and jazz influences, including four years performing with the Acadia University Jazz Ensemble, Kevin brings a creative, well-rounded approach to lessons. He encourages students to explore beyond the notes on the page through composition, improvisation, and music they genuinely enjoy, creating a warm and supportive space where every student can grow at their own pace.
